A Big Dog Ate My Homework
Listen to me teacher,
A big dog ate my homework.
Listen to me teacher,
A big dog ate my homework.
I finished it last night.
He came and took a bite,
And now it’s gone, gone, gone.
We didn’t have any jerky treats.
We didn’t have any cheese.
He walked in to the kitchen and said,
“Pass the homework please!”
Can you argue with that?
You can’t argue with a big dog like that.
But tell me one thing teacher.
Does too much homework make you fat?
Repeat Verse #1

A Blank Piece of Paper
A blank piece of paper is a whole universe.
It takes imagination, but you could do worse
than paper and crayons on a cold, rainy day
when you can’t go outside to play.
A blank piece of paper? Think what it could be.
With some imagination it could be something to see.
Paper and crayons are a magical door
to a place no one has gone before.
I see a mountaintop high in the clouds
and a fire breathing dragon.
How does that sound?
You’re scared you say?
Well, why?
This dragon is a friendly one.
On his back we can ride, and he can fly.
A blank piece of paper, so simple, so plain,
can take you higher than an eagle and farther than a train.
With paper and crayons it’s up to you.
There is nothing you can’t do.
I see a spaceship as it blasts of for Mars
to fly beyond Pluto
and out past the stars.
You’d miss someone?
Well, oh…
Let’s turn it around then.
It can carry us home.
A blank piece of paper is a whole universe.
It takes imagination, but you could do worse
than paper and crayons on a cold, rainy day
when you can’t go outside to play.

Big Blue Dog
I’m a big blue dog and I’m howling at the moon
I’m a big blue dog and I’m howling at the moon
Yeah I’m a big blue dog and that’s right I’ve got the blues
I’m having a very bad day
So stop hounding me
You go fetch your own stick
You’re barking up the wrong tree
Yeah I’m a big blue dog and I’m howling at the moon
I’m a big blue dog and that’s right I’ve got the blues
I dug up the whole backyard
But I could not find my bone
Just pour me my Kibbles & Bits
Then leave me alone
Yeah I’m a big blue dog and I’m howling at the moon
I’m a big blue dog and that’s right I’ve got the blues
So up and down my street
I chase the kittens around
But they won’t let me catch em’
Cuz’ I’m just an old worn-out hound
And that old alley cat
Well she sure loves to fight
That’s just cuz’ she knows me
I’m all bark and no bite
Yeah I’m a big blue dog and I’m howling at the moon
I’m a big blue dog and that’s right I’ve got the blues
Yeah I’m a big blue dog and I’m howling at the moon
Bow wow.

Chocolate Covered Brussel Sprouts
On Monday I bake salmon, on Tuesday I grill meat
Wednesday it’s spaghetti night, Thursday out to eat
On Friday we get pizza, all the veggies on the top
But when the weekend comes it’s hard for me to stop!
I want chocolate covered brussel sprouts.
I want chocolate covered cheese.
Pass the chocolate tuna casserole if you please!
Chocolate in my alphabet soup, mind those p’s and q’s!
I’ll take more chocolate covered brussel sprouts…
How `bout you?
Well I know that I’m supposed to be a role model to you kids,
And when you ask, “Did you eat your veggies?” Yes, I did!
I had carrots, peas, and cauliflower and cream of broccoli soup!
I just had a little bit of chocolate with them too!
I’ll take more chocolate covered brussel sprouts…
How `bout you?
Hey, I’ll have another chocolate covered liverwurst sandwich…
How `bout you?

CRAWDAD SONG
Chorus
You get a line and I'll get a pole, honey.
You get a line and I'll get a pole, baby.
You get a line and I'll get a pole,
We'll go down to the crawdad hole.
Honey. Baby. Mine.
Get out of bed before sunrise...
We're cooking up something, it's a big surprise...
Orange juice, coffee, huckleberry cakes...
If I eat one more my tummy's going to ache...
Repeat Chorus
Catfish are jumping and the moon is out...
This is what a fishing trip is all about...
Repeat Chorus
Put that fishing cap on your head....
If it rains anymore I'm going back to bed...
Repeat Chorus until worn-out!

Dancing With No Shoes On
Wiggle my toes and bend my knees.
Shake my body every way I please.
Papa wears boots and Mama wears heels.
They don’t know how good this feels.
Dancing with no shoes on, dancing with no shoes on!
Dancing with no shoes on, dancing with no shoes on!
Dancing with, dancing with, dancing with no shoes on!
Play a little song with a happy beat.
All you’ve got to do is move your feet.
You don’t need a dollar, not one thin dime.
You can dance shoe-free with me anytime.
Dancing with no shoes on, dancing with no shoes on!
Dancing with no shoes on, dancing with no shoes on!
Dancing with, dancing with, dancing with no shoes on!
Everybody is twisting!
Everybody is jumping!
Everybody is spinning round and round!
One, two three, four.
Twist and jump and spin then stop!
Let’s go down to the old sock hop.
Dancing with no shoes on, dancing with no shoes on!
Dancing with no shoes on, dancing with no shoes on!
Dancing with, dancing with, dancing with no shoes on!
One, two three, four.
Twist and jump and spin then stop!

Halloween Freak Out!
I don’t believe in monsters
I don’t believe in creeps
I don’t believe they hide beneath my bed when I’m asleep.
But my mummy told me
“You better watch out!”
Because Halloween Night
You’re gonna freak out!
They come knocking on the door
Some say “trick or treat”
But what they really mean is give me all the candy I can eat!
Most aren’t very tall,
But you better watch out
Keep the candy by the door.
There’s gonna be a freak out
How do you build a monster?
I’ve got the perfect recipe
Add a great big heap of sugar to a kid on Halloween.
It’s like watching Dr. Jekyll
Transform into Mr. Hyde
They’ll be howling at the moon
On Halloween night.
I don’t believe in monsters
I don’t believe in creeps
I don’t believe they hide beneath my bed when I’m asleep.
But my mummy told me
“You better watch out!”
On Halloween Night
You’re gonna freak out!
On Halloween Night
You’re gonna freak out!

Love Somebody
Love somebody, yes I do.
Love somebody, yes I do.
Love somebody, yes I do.
And I hope somebody loves me too.
Love somebody, I adore.
Love somebody, he’s just four.
Love somebody, yes I do.
Love somebody, guess who?
Love somebody, know all her tricks.
Love somebody, she’s just six.
Love somebody, yes I do.
Love somebody, guess who?
Love somebody, yes I do.
Love somebody, yes I do.
Love somebody, yes I do.
And I hope somebody loves me too.
Love somebody, older than… well.
Love somebody, (spoken) I better not tell.
Love somebody, yes I do.
Love somebody, guess who?
Love somebody, yes I do.
Love somebody, yes I do.
Love somebody, yes I do.
And I hope somebody loves me too.

Milkstache Blues
I’ve got a real milk moustache.
I don’t know what I’m going to do
I’ve got a real milk moustache.
I’ve got the milkstache blues
`cuz of I‘ve got milk but no cookies,
and that gives me the milkstache blues.
Ten fingers in the cookie jar.
Ten toes in my shoes.
Ten fingers in the cookie jar.
Ten toes in my shoes.
But the cookie jar is empty.
and that gives me the milkstache blues.
Solo/break
I’ve got a real milk moustache
and dark sunglasses hide my eyes.
I’ve got a real milk moustache
and dark sunglasses hide my eyes.
I’m just a cookie loving bluesman.
I’m a milk and cookies kind of guy.
Ten fingers in the cookie jar.
Thirteen toes in Sam Zucchini’s shoes.
Ten fingers in the cookie jar.
Forty-two toes in Armand’s shoes.
But the cookie jar is empty.
and that gives me the milkstache blues.
Gives me the milkstache blues. 2x or 3x as tag

Seafood Song
When your tummy gets to grumbling and you want a little treat
But you’re tired of that boring stuff you always have to eat
It’s time to go out on the water to find that special dish
And I can show you how to catch a fish.
Let’s say it’s catfish that you’re craving and you’ve got to have it now
Well if you’re going to catch a catfish with the whiskers and meow
Get a saucer of warm milk and bait your hook with kitty chow.
For a culinary glub glub, meow thrill.
Soon you’ll have that catfish grilling on your grill
Peanut butter jellyfish sandwiches,
Sea cucumber salad, octo-pie.
You might even like to milk a sea cow.
Give it a try. (Don‘t squirt your eye!)
It might surprise you but a sea horse makes a very tasty meal
But you’ll never catch a sea horse with a hook or worm or reel.
Get a rope a learn to lasso and once you’ve got the feel
It won’t matter if a sea horse is a fish,
Once you’ve got that tasty critter in your dish.
Peanut butter jellyfish sandwiches,
Sea cucumber salad, octo-pie. (ala mode)
You might even like to milk a sea cow.
Give it a try. (Don‘t squirt your eye!)
Now to some to serve a swordfish might seem just a tad bit cruel.
To others, they might say that you would have to be a fool
`cuz if you want to catch a swordfish, you’re going to have to learn to duel.
So if you’ve got to have that swordfish on a plate.
Learn to fence, go out to sea, and meet your fate.
Get a sword, go out to sea, if your tummy gets grumbly
Choose your bait, take it from me, try some seafood and you‘ll see.
Trying to catch seafood’s really great!
So get a saucer, rope, or sword and meet your fate.
Get a saucer, rope, or sword and meet your fate.

Snow Day
The snow came down & they shut down the school.
You know we didn’t mind. Hey, we thought it was cool!
We headed outside with shovels in hand
To make a few bucks - me and my friend.
We were just kids but we were in demand.
Let it snow, let it snow.
I hope it’s never gonna end.
When we got in it was still snowing out.
This is what a winter day is all about.
Come inside to warm our hands,
Head back out and do it again.
Little bit of work, whole lot of play.
There’s nothing in this world like a snow day.
Let the snow come down in sheets of white.
We’ll build a big snowman and have a snowball fight.
We’ll warm our fingers by the firelight.
Have a little hot cocoa…
To warm me up inside.
The snow came down and the streets were closed.
The car wouldn’t start because it was too cold.
What are you going to do when the weather’s like that?
Pull on your gloves, put on your hat.
Go outside, yeah who needs the sun?
Let the snow come down.
We’re gonna have some fun!
Let the snow come down in sheets of white.
We’ll build a big snowman and have a snowball fight.
We’ll warm our fingers by the firelight.
Have a little hot cocoa…
To warm me up inside.
The snow came down. They shut down the school.
The snow came down. They shut down the school.

Sunrise to Sundown
Sunrise to Sundown
This world keeps on spinning
We’ve come to an end
It’s another beginning
So turn out the light
And lay your head down
And dream only sweet dreams
`til sunrise to sundown
La di da di da di da di da…
Hush-a-bye
Dance through your dreams
To the Moon’s lullaby
Hush-a-bye…
Sundown to sunrise
From sunset to twilight
Sleep like an angel
Through the peaceful blue night.
This world keeps on spinning
It knows nothing better
And just like our love
May it go on forever.
Just like our love
May it go on forever
From sunrise to sundown to sunrise.
La di da di da di da di da…
Hush-a-bye
Dance through your dreams
To the Moon’s lullaby
Hush-a-bye…

Universe
Pour a little love into this Universe.
It’s a big old, empty cup.
Pour a little love into this Universe.
just waiting for you to fill it up.
When the darkness seems to get worse,
shine a little light into the black.
Pour a little love into this Universe
`get a little something back.
Pour, pour, pour…
Shine, shine, shine…
When you don’t have no more
take a little bit of mine.
Take a little bit of mine.
Pour a little love into this Universe.
There’s nothing better you can do.
Pour a little love into this Universe.
Feel it pour some love back into you.
Sometimes the blues will get there first
and make your defenses start to crack.
Pour a little love into this Universe.
You’ll see. You get a little something back.
Pour, pour, pour…
Shine, shine, shine…
When you don’t have no more
take a little bit of mine.
Take a little bit of mine…
Pour a little love into this Universe.
